Our Territory
Our History
1984
- Wayne Schwacke and Rich Guerra open Taylor Products of NJ in Hackensack, NJ. The newly
formed company covers the Northern Half of New Jersey.
1986
- Taylor Products of NJ expands to cover the entire state with the purchase of Taylor Sales
Company owned by Neil and Susan Lyle.
1993
- Taylor Products Inc. expands into the New York area with the purchase of Taylor Metro Sales
of NY. This includes the 5 boroughs all of Long Island, Westchester and Rockland.
2005
- Rich Guerra sells his shares of the business to Wayne Schwacke and Norman James. Norman
has worked for Taylor for 18 years, the last 8 as a sales manager.
2006
- Taylor Products purchases Piroeff Inc. and adds the Pennsylvania territory from the eastern
border to Johnstown area.
